I Chose this book because about two years ago I read a book by Rick Warren called The Purpose Driven Life and it made reference to both the book and the concept of S.H.A.P.E. The Purpose Drive Life was such a good book that I couldn’t pass up on this one. I hope you guys like it.

I started this book and am now half way through it. I am reading it on my kindle so I can’t do the questions but sometime I want to go back and do them. I am enjoying the real life stories because it definitely helps to connect. Thank you for all the recommendations! Go Raiders!!

I have just now finished this book. I wasn’t a huge fan but the author is very adamant in is beliefs which makes it better. I enjoy hearing about stories that connect with his points. Unfortunately I read it on my kindle and wasn’t able to completely participate in all the activities included. All in all it was an okay book.
P.S. Has anyone else read it yet?

I just finished it today. This has been a very busy month for me, plus I left the book on an airplane earlier in the month and had to order it again. so I basically read most of it in three days. I would say that although it isn’t the most profound book. It does however, touches on a topic that can be very practical in our lives. I believe the S.H.A.P.E concept can help many of us discover who we are, what our purpose is, and how we can go about fulfilling that purpose. This is really priceless information. Do you agree?

I finished it!! I found the concept of a Kingdom Purpose very interesting. I have never heard of it before. What do you guys think of this concept?

I think it’s a phrase Erik Rees came up with to describe the unique purpose God has for each of us based on our S.H.A.P.E to help build God’s Kingdom.

I love every book you’ve picked so far and I just wanted to say that you have a great taste in literature which leads me to this simple but difficult question. What is your favorite book?

Ha, thanks. That is a difficult question, very hard to pick but I’ve always said it was ‘A purpose drive life’ by Rick Warren or ‘100 ways to motivate others’ by Steve Chandler.
